As the Associate Director of National Partnerships, Pallavi is dedicated to transforming educational systems to create more compassionate classrooms that enable young people to thrive. With approximately 15 years of experience in education and the disability sector (specialisation in Indian Sign Language and Deaf Education), her professional journey includes working and volunteering with various organisations across India, including Haryana, Meghalaya, Rajasthan, Ladakh, Goa and Delhi. Her roles have spanned policy planning, project management, advocacy, child rights, counselling, teacher training, and enhancing inclusive practices.
Transitioning from a background in engineering to the development sector, Pallavi holds a B.Ed in Special Education (Hearing Impairment), an M.A. in Psychology, and a PG Diploma in International Humanitarian Law. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D in Psychology from MDU Rohtak.
