Life Skills Curriculum

Facilitators can play a pivotal role in breaking the cycle of intergenerational disadvantage and equip learners with the skills and mindset necessary to lead fulfilling and successful lives. The Dream a Dream Life Skills Curriculum and Facilitator Handbook aims to guide facilitators to create safe, supportive environments and provide opportunities for learners to amplify their strengths, nurture positive relationships, develop self-expression and other life skills. The 4 Levels of the Life Skills Curriculum were developed based on the educational format and skills mentioned in the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. With this curriculum, we look forward to a future wherein well-being and life skills are at the core of our education systems both nationally and globally.

Important Note:

While the curriculum has been designed to be self-explanatory and easy-to-use, it is still necessary for anyone who is planning to use it, to invest in getting the right training to understand the approach and pedagogy more deeply.
