As a sociocultural and policy nomad, Sharique offers more than one and half decades of professional and executive experience, currently working with us. Experienced with a demonstrated history of working in national, international and local sector organisations, he believes in building inclusive, sustainable agencies where children grow to their full potential, experience life changing intervention and thrive in their life span. He has done his Masters in International Development and Policy from Duke University, USA and studied Sociology at Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University.
Sharique is a process driven professional, implements impactful programmes, is a staunch advocate of collaboration, demonstrates an empathetic approach to strengthening the ecosystem for adversely affected communities, aspiring to collaborate with people with disabilities and adversity and promotes evidence-informed decision making processes within and outside the organisation. He is a recipient of the Ford Foundation International Fellowship and voluntarily spends time with children affected with Down syndrome and other genetic disorders.
