Ansar has been Manager – Ansar is a passionate Life Skills Facilitator and Social Impact Leader with over 20 years of experience empowering youth, educators and communities through experiential learning and creative expression. His work is rooted in the commitment towards a more just, inclusive and thriving world. He is a strategic thinker who articulated a distinct facilitator structure in the organisation bringing a fresh perspective and framework to Design and Development work. He successfully hosted and managed the international conference – Change The Script for over 5 years. He is an expert in designing and leading deeply human-centred transformative learning spaces using art-based, process-oriented and experiential methodologies. He specialises in training facilitators and coaching them to cultivate life skills in children and youth, using tools such as the Arc of Transformation, IPC (Imagination, Participation and Commitment) and Broken Agreements etc. He is also a curriculum designer and has contributed to initiatives like Delhi’s Happiness Curriculum and Value Based education programmes with the Aga Khan Foundation, Kenya. As a trainer of facilitators with the Gender Equity and Reconciliation International (GERI), he guided healing workshops that bridge gender and social divides. Integrating creative healing tools like origami, storytelling and toy-making, he promotes mental wellbeing and joyful expression. His YouTube channel and workshops help young people explore their inner worlds and communicate freely. Ansar lives and thrives by his value system of social justice and strongly believes in the power and resources the youth hold and therefore strives for their wellbeing by constantly reimagining the purpose of education with an on-going curiosity and learning mindset.
